These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Wyatt Private Limited ("Wyatt", "we", "our"). By accessing or utilizing closefast.top or booking custom fit appointments with our team, you accept these terms in full.
Every customized piece designed by Wyatt is built specifically around the physical selections and dimensions chosen during your fitting consultation. Because these products are personalized, custom commissions cannot be refunded or canceled once master leather cutting has commenced.
All prices provided during our custom consultations are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless specified otherwise. We require an initial 50% deposit before initializing design blueprints. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick-up of your custom goods.
The Wyatt brand, our logo marks, design templates, and physical blueprints are the exclusive intellectual property of Wyatt Private Limited. Customers do not acquire patent or replication rights to our leather designs under these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, Wyatt Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or care of our bespoke leather goods.
These Terms & Conditions are governed entirely by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
